Acoustic Engineer / Development Engineer Acoustics (m/f/d)

MBL develops and manufactures high-end audio systems “Made in Germany.” To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced Acoustic Engineer (m/f/d) to develop and optimize our loudspeaker systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • — Development and optimization of loudspeakers and acoustic systems
  • — Acoustic measurements, simulations, and evaluation of prototypes
  • — Development and tuning of crossovers and complete loudspeaker systems
  • — Analysis and optimization of existing products
  • — Support of prototypes through to series production
  • — Close cooperation with electronics development, mechanical engineering, and production

YOUR PROFILE

  • — Degree or comparable qualification in acoustics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • — Experience in the development of loudspeakers or audio systems
  • — Confident use of acoustic measurement systems and development tools
  • — Very good understanding of electroacoustic principles

Analog Electronics & PCB Layout Engineer (m/f/d)

MBL develops and manufactures high-end audio products “Made in Germany.” We are looking for an experienced Analog Electronics & PCB Layout Engineer (m/f/d) who can develop demanding analog circuits and reliably translate them into high-quality, production-ready PCB layouts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • — Development and optimization of analog audio electronics
  • — Creation of demanding PCB layouts
  • — Optimization of signal paths, grounding, power supplies, and shielding
  • — Development of small-signal, power supply, and amplifier circuits
  • — Consideration of EMC, thermal, and manufacturing requirements
  • — Commissioning, measurement, and optimization of prototypes
  • — Further development of existing electronic assemblies

YOUR PROFILE

  • — Qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
  • — Several years of experience in analog circuit development and PCB layout
  • — Very good understanding of low-noise analog electronics and signal routing
  • — Experience with multilayer PCBs and EMC-compliant design
  • — Confident use of professional EDA systems, ideally Altium Designer

Digital Electronics & Embedded Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

MBL develops and manufactures high-end audio products “Made in Germany.” To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced Digital Electronics & Embedded Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to develop future digital audio products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • — Development of digital electronics and system architectures
  • — Development of microcontroller-, processor-, and FPGA-based assemblies
  • — Integration of digital audio and communication interfaces
  • — Development and optimization of clocking, timing, and synchronization concepts
  • — Mixed-signal design as well as optimization of signal integrity and EMC
  • — Commissioning, measurement, and fault analysis of prototypes
  • — Support of development through to series production

YOUR PROFILE

  • — Qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering, or a related field
  • — Several years of experience in the development of digital electronics
  • — Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and digital interfaces
  • — Knowledge of digital audio technology, clocking, and jitter is an advantage
  • — Experience with FPGA, C/C++, VHDL, or Verilog is desirable
